Colcannon Soup
Cream of potato and leek made with our delicious vegetable stock, so it’s full of flavour.
Fox’s Prawn Cocktail
Delicious Atlantic prawns resting on a bed of crisp lettuce and topped with our own homemade seafood sauce.
Irish Smoked Salmon
Oak smoked salmon, garnished with capers onions and lemon, completed with a fresh salad garnish.
Johnnie Fox's Duck Liver Pate
The delicate flavour of our duck liver pate is complimented with homemade red onion marmalade and balsamic vinegar reduction.
Seafood Pie
A combination fish pieces & shellfish combined in our rich creamy veloutè sauce and topped with a puff pastry lid. Served with champ mashed potatoes.
Lamb Shank
Delicious shank of slow cooked lamb in our rich velvety sauce.

Heart warming lamb stew, a favourite here on the mountain!
Fresh Irish Salmon
Gently poached and served with a classic Hollandaise sauce. Served with seasonal potatoes & vegetables.

Slow roasted tender boneless duck perfectly complimented with our Champagne sauce.

A sinfully delicious moist sponge cake flavoured with chocolate and laced with mountain whiskey.
